The problem we kept running into
Every team we have worked on eventually arrives at the same place. Monitoring gets set up, it works, and then it starts producing false alarms. Someone silences a noisy monitor. Someone else mutes the channel overnight. Within a few months the alerts are background noise, and the team has quietly returned to finding out about outages from customers — while believing they are covered.
The root cause is almost always the same: a single probe location treating one failed request as an outage. The internet drops packets constantly for reasons that have nothing to do with your service. A monitor that cannot tell the difference will page you for both.
What we decided to build
SutramX starts from confirmation rather than detection. A failing check never changes monitor state on its own — it triggers immediate verification from other regions. Only when independent vantage points agree does an incident open and an alert dispatch.
This costs a few seconds of detection time. In exchange it removes the large majority of false pages, which is what keeps the alerts meaningful over months rather than weeks. We think that is one of the better trades available in operations.

SutramX launches on September 5, 2026. The probe network spans 7 regions across five continents, chosen to give meaningful geographic separation rather than an impressive-sounding number.

Being pre-launch, honestly
We have no customers yet, so there are no testimonials on this site and no logo wall. We could invent both — plenty of pre-launch products do — but a monitoring company that fabricates its social proof is asking you to trust it with exactly the wrong track record.
When we have real users saying real things, we will publish those instead.
