Freshworks announced the shutdown on 5 January 2026. Free accounts were disabled on 6 March 2026, paid subscriptions ran to the end of their term without renewing, and account data was deleted in June 2026. If you kept an export or a list of your checks, you can rebuild them in SutramX in a few minutes. Source
The short version
Freshping covered the basics well: HTTP and port checks from multiple locations, status pages and email or chat alerts. SutramX covers the same ground and adds multi-region confirmation, deployment correlation and on-call features on paid plans.

Why teams switch to SutramX
- An actively developed productSutramX is an independent, actively developed monitoring product, not a side feature of a larger suite.
- Free plan that stays freeStart on Free with no card and no expiry, then upgrade only if you need more.
- Indian pricing and paymentsRupee pricing with UPI Autopay through Razorpay for teams billed in India.
When Freshping is the better choice
- Teams deep in the Freshworks suiteFreshping itself is gone and Freshworks has not announced a direct replacement. If tight Freshdesk or Freshservice integration matters most, check what your Freshworks plan and its marketplace apps offer before choosing a separate tool.
Moving from Freshping
- If you kept a CSV or JSON export of your Freshping checks, create a free SutramX account, open the import wizard (Settings → Import from another tool), choose Freshping and upload the file. Freshping had no API for this, so an export file is the only import route.
- No export? Freshping account data has been deleted, so rebuild from your own records: add each URL as an HTTP monitor; port checks become TCP port monitors.
- Recreate your alert channels and status page in SutramX.
- Point your status page domain at SutramX once the new page looks right.
More detail, including any current switching offer, is on the migration page. To see how SutramX decides a site is down, read how we check, and compare plans on the pricing page.
