The short version
Better Stack is a broad observability platform, and its logging and telemetry products go well beyond what SutramX does. Its on-call is priced per responder. If you mainly need uptime, API and SSL monitoring with on-call and status pages, SutramX offers that at a flat plan price with unlimited seats on every plan, including on-call.

Moving from Better Stack
- In Better Stack, create an Uptime API token (Uptime → API tokens; read access is enough).
- Create a free SutramX account, open the import wizard (Settings → Import from another tool), choose Better Stack and paste the token. Monitors and heartbeats are imported after a preview; alert contacts are not, because Better Stack's API does not expose them.
- Recreate escalation policies (included on Growth and Pro) and on-call schedules (included on Pro) in SutramX.
- Move your status page domain once the new page is ready.
