Moving from Pingdom
- In Pingdom, create a read-only API token (Integrations → The Pingdom API).
- Create a free SutramX account, open the import wizard (Settings → Import from another tool), choose Pingdom and paste the token. Uptime checks and their alerting contact emails are imported after a preview; transaction checks are not.
- Recreate your alert integrations and status page.
- Run both in parallel for a week before cancelling.
