This policy explains how SutramX, operated by QuantumPlug Technologies LLP, uses cookies and similar browser storage on this website and in the SutramX dashboard.
1. What we use
We use storage that is essential for the site and service to work, or that remembers a choice you made, plus optional cookies that are set only if you agree to them: the referral cookie, Google Analytics cookies on the marketing website, and PostHog analytics cookies on the website and in the dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party marketing pixels (see our Privacy Policy). You choose on this website, and the dashboard follows that choice. Change it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the site footer; the dashboard's Settings page links there.

Referral cookie (sx_ref), optional | First-party cookie on app.sutramx.com, set only after you click Allow or Remember | If you arrive through a partner's referral link (/r/…) and choose to have the referral remembered, it stores the referral code and visit ID so the partner is credited if you sign up later. Pricing currency is suggested automatically from your approximate location; if you change it, your choice is saved locally as described above. This website follows your device's light or dark setting, so nothing is stored for it. In the dashboard, if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us.
2. Your choices
Essential storage does not need consent. For analytics cookies (Google Analytics and PostHog) we show a banner on the website only: they are set only if you click Accept, and declining is as easy as accepting. That one choice also covers the dashboard, which never asks separately and keeps analytics off until you have chosen on the website. We record each choice on our servers (the random ID above, accepted, declined or withdrawn, the banner version, the time and, if you accept, PostHog's random visitor ID; never your IP address or browser details) and keep that record for 3 years, so we can show we had your consent. The referral cookie is asked for separately on the referral landing and signup pages: it is set only if you click Allow (or Remember and continue). If you decline, nothing is stored, and a signup in the same visit is still credited through the referral link itself. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the sx_ref cookie for app.sutramx.com in your browser settings.
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them may sign you out of the dashboard.
