1. 99.99% Uptime Commitment
SutramX guarantees a monthly platform uptime percentage of at least 99.99% for all Growth and Pro subscriber accounts across our synthetic probe cluster.
Service Credit Structure
If monthly uptime drops below 99.99%, eligible subscribers receive 10% to 50% credit towards their next billing cycle upon request.
