Dashboard tour

A walk through every area of the SutramX dashboard — the sidebar, monitors, incidents, status pages, alerting, team, reliability and account pages.

This page walks through each area of the SutramX dashboard: what it's for and what you'll find there. Labels are written exactly as they appear on screen. The dashboard lives at https://app.sutramx.com/dashboard.

The sidebar#

The sidebar is the same on every page. On small screens, a bar at the bottom of the screen has Monitors, Incidents, Status pages and a Menu button that opens the full sidebar.

  • Your last payment didn't go through. Shown during the payment grace period, with Update payment method. Your monitors keep running while the payment is retried.
  • You're offline. Your browser lost its connection. Data may be out of date, and you can't save changes until the connection is back.

Common questions#

I can't see the Invite member button, or settings say "Only the workspace owner can…"#

Some actions are owner-only. They include inviting and removing people, billing and plan changes, API keys, connecting alert channels, alerting and on-call settings, maintenance windows, status page custom domains, data export and deleting the workspace. A Viewer can see everything but change nothing; buttons they can't use show Viewers can't make changes. Ask the workspace owner, or check that you've selected the right workspace in Active workspace.

A feature shows "Not included in your plan"#

That feature or channel isn't on your current plan. The notice links to the plans page. See Plans & limits.
